To modify the existing fire sprinklers for the remodel an existing 1,916-ft/2 office tenant space on the 16th floor of the US Bank building. Work is related to a 1-hr tenant-demising wall and new suspended ceiling system. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01247.
