Boise Research Center * Morton Development Office (Shell & Core) - To install a complete, fully protected, Light Hazard Occupancy fire sprinkler system a new 23,125 square foot, two story office Shell & Core building, (less underground supply-FIR02-00178). This building is constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls with interior steel structural columns and steel roof joist with metal roof deck. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. This is a shell and core permit only. Tenant Improvements shall require separate fire permitting. No occupancy is allowed under the building permit, this fire permit is attached. First floor: 11,760 ft/2, Second floor: 11,365 ft/2. All fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-02513.
