EMERALD TECH CENTER - BUILDING #F (SHELL) - To install underground and an OH-2 overhead fire sprinkler system, incorproating ECOH upright roof sprinklers, in a new new 25, 075 ft/2 one story, type VN, concrete tilt-up building with steel roof joist and metal roof deck. Underground includes approximately 135 feet of 6" C-900 PVC connected at the property line off Ancester Place, running west and entering the structure approximately 4'-0" west of column line "D". Also this permit includes a new fire hydrant tapped off the same street, running approximately 35 feet of C-900 PVC west and 25 feet north to an area off the north curb entry for fire apperatus access/use. This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered for area increase (per requirements of the UBC). Separate permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All fire sprinkler system installation work and equipment, materials and appurtenance shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, 24-1995, 72-1999 and related, the attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire Inspection Card are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification meeting minimum code.
