The associated building permit (BLD 02-00727) is to remodel a 3,630 sq.ft. tenant space (TAJ MAHAL RESTAURANT) per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of a raised floor area, replace flooring, add additional table seating area, add additional booth seating, add new cooking appliances and kitchen utilities and one new hand sink, the exhaust hoods and ducts are already existing and will be reused in same location. The associated fire sprinkler permit (FIR02-00381) is for VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER* PHASE 4 CANOPY PROTECTION- to install fire sprinkler protection in the South West combustible canopies located outside of the "TAJ MAHAL" restaurant area by modify the existing riser and adding a new 4" Dry Pipe valve and related appurtenance. Work will also include installation of a backflow prevention assembly.
