ST ALPHONSUS-NORTH TOWER-2ND FLR/PHARMACY - To modify the existing building fire alarm system within the TI area. Modifications include adding a new NAC panel to power the a/v notification appliance circuit serving the TI area, new a/v alarm devices, a smoke detector over the NAC panel, induct detectors for smoke damper release, and temperature monitoring of refrigerated rooms.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-01256) is to remodel an existing office area of 3,962 sq.ft. located on the 2nd floor north tower for use as a pharmacy administration, receiving, breakdown, distribution & storage area for service to the overall hospital facility per approved plans on file. Work includes selective demolition and new construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create accessible restroom, conference room and work areas; install movable work station furniture; upgrade per clients needs and to meet minimum codes the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire-suppression & alarm system; and support facilities. NOTE: A certificate of occupancy is required for this tenant. This building is fully sprinklered.
