This tenant is occupying the entire 2nd floor. Sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, new suspended ceiling systems. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
