This fire alarm permit is required for approval of the building shell permit BLD01-02513 and a tenant improvement permit, BLD02-01721.
The building shell permit BLD01-02513 is TO CONSTRUCT A NEW 23,125 SQUARE FOOT, TWO STORY OFFICE SHELL AND CORE BUILDING AND RELATED SITE IMPROVEMENT. THIS BUILDING IS CONSTRUCTED OF CONCRETE TILT-UP EXTERIOR WALLS WITH INTERIOR STEEL STRUCTURAL COLUMNS AND STEEL ROOF JOIST WITH METAL ROOF DECK. THIS BUILDING IS FULLY FIRE SPRINKLED. THE SPRINKLERS ARE USE FOR AREA INCREASE. ALL CONSTRUCTION PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND ATTACHED COMMENT LIST. THIS IS A SHELL AND CORE PERMIT ONLY. NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO FINISH THIS BUILDING FOR OCCUPANCY.
The TI building permit (BLD 02-02513) is to construct a 10,600 square foot office tenant space on the 2nd floor of a 23,125 square foot 2 story building. This tenant will occupy the entire 2nd floor. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, interior doors and windows, and interior finishes.
