Previous permit MIS02-00125 established occupancy for entire building. Note: This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system related work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01618.
