Bon Aire Industries * To install fire sprinkler protection in a new 26,050 ft/2, one story with mezzanine, warehouse and accessory office building, constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls and steel structural frame and roof joists. The mezzanine is 2800 ft/2. This permit also includes the underground fire service supply. The fire sprinklers are required for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01912.
