To modify, add, relocate the existing fire sprinkler system for the remodel of 11,975-ft/2, floor area for use as offices and support areas. Sprinkler work is related to interior, non-bearing, fire-resistive walls to create offices, work rooms, conference rooms, training room & break room and new suspended grid ceiling system. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code conditions. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01413.
