(PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES & PUBLIC WORKS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES) (CITY HALL EXPANSION, 2ND FLOOR) To perform selective fire sprinkler demolition of entire 1st floor and maintain fire sprinkler protection throughout during construction, and the remodel of: 12,870 ft/2, for use as offices and support areas for Boise City PDS Dept. & PW. Sprinkler work is related to fire sprinkler demolition, relocation and temporary/continuous fire sprinkler protection, new fire-resistive walls to create private offices, open office areas, break room, conference rooms, and the installation of a new suspended grid ceiling system. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code conditions. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01532.
