CITY OF BOISE-HOUSING AND COMMUNITY - This permit is to install a new fire alarm system in an existing building. The system is to provide offsite monitoring of the fire sprinkler system, a cooking hood extinguishing system, and duct detectors for HVAC air handler shutdown, and includes one inside audible alarm.
The associated building permit (BLD01-00027) is to remodel the northwest portion, add two accessible restrooms, four office spaces and corridor within the existing multi-tenant building, install a suspended ceiling in an existing meeting room. Work to include relocating the fire sprinklers, HVAC system, up grading electrical service, re-roofing structure adding new exterior windows and doors, enlarge storage area in group meeting room, south of dining room and reduce occupant load of this meeting room and make corridor a non-rated hallway.
