Description
(CIVIC PLAZA PA3-APARTMENTS) To fire sprinkler a new 152 unit, 4-levels of R-1 apartments on top an existing three story Type S-3 parking garage constructed under BLD00-03538 and fire sprinklered under FIR01-00504. To modify and add fire sprinklers in the single at-grade existing shell level for new leasing office, community center, fitness room, a laundry room, storage rooms and a trash room. Basement modifications include the additions of an electrical room, storage rooms and the installation of added elevator cars in existing shafts. All fire sprinkler work shall be in accordance with NFPA 13-1999, complying with the UFC-1997 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to garage shell permit: BLD02-00090.

I gave approval to cover area "A" on the 1st, 2nd and the 3rd floors. The south side 3rd floor 1" and 1 1/4" piping is not tied into the area "B" piping yet. Grooved cplgs at the expansion joints. Walls are not up yet on the third floor but hangers and eq bracing looked ok 5/30/2003 12:44:50 PM
