To provide a automatic/manual fire alarm system per code requirements. The fire alarm system will include sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall, HVAC monitoring and fire/smoke damper monitoring.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-02126) is to construct a new five-story, with a basement parking garage, 53,265 sq. ft. Type II 1-Hour, shell and core mixed-use building. NOTE: Stand pipes and the installation of a NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system is required for story increase and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Annunciation is not included for the future tenants on the ground, second or the third floors. No occupancy is permitted until a separate fire alarm permit has been issued. Occupancy of these areas is not permitted under this permit. A separate fire alarm permit will be required to install fire alarm devices before these areas may be occupied.
