The associated building permit (BLD 02-00826) is to perform construction in basement, 1st & 2nd floors of existing building for new owner/tenant per approved plans. A Certificate of Occupancy for this tenant is required prior to occupying, The area of this tenant will be 25,414 sq ft. Work will include construction of one-hour fire -resistive occupancy separation walls and installing one-hour rated door assemblies creating a 675 sq.ft. storage area in basement, construction of new walls on the 1st and 2nd floors for individual office spaces, this will also create one future leasable area of approximately 2786 sq ft that will be located on the second floor, NOTE A SEPARATE APPLICATION AND PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE VACANT LEASABLE SPACE, Miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution.
