(ADA COUNTY CORONER - MORGUE) To install fire sprinkler protection in approximately 1,735 ft/2 area of rest rooms and administrative offices on the 1st floor and 2,385 ft/2 area of rest rooms and administrative offices on the 2nd floor within an existing 24,000 square foot warehouse/office building used by the Ada County Coroner's Office per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This is work required to meet Fire Department requirements for Fire Code occupancy compliance (Upgrade Agreement letter on file dated 8/22/02). This permit is not attached to a building permit.
