To install fire sprinkler protection in the center core, restroom and laundry facilities for the (future-separate permit/s) upper floor apartments. The parking area is 9,300 ft/2 and there is 12,600 ft/2 for future tenant space. Separate permits required to finish and occupying each future tenant space. The fire sprinkler system work shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the UFC-1997 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
