The associated building permit (BLD 02-02766) is to create a new 6,900 sq. ft. assembly fitness studio space in existing vacant shell building space per approved plans on file. Work to include new one-hour rated tenant demising walls, new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, interior finish, new accessible restrooms, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler work, new plumbing, new mechanical, and new electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved.
