To provide an addressable fire alarm system which will include smoke detectors in common areas, smoke detectors in individual suites, induct smoke detectors for damper control, duct smoke detectors for HVAC shutdown, elevator recall, sprinkler monitoring and notification devices.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-02863) is to construct a new, 51,500 sq.ft., three-story, 83 rooms hotel, with conference room, covered Porte Cochere and area for future indoor swimming pool. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment. This permit does not include the construction of the indoor swimming pool and spa.
