8/29/2003 - Fire alarm scope is to disconnect the inputs from zones 14 and 15 (deluge zones no longer required) and to connect a duct smoke detector and ansul cooking hood. Notification devices will require upgrade in the TI space only.

The associated building permit (BLD 02-01179) is to remodel an existing 1146 sq ft retail tenant space to create a new restaurant tenant space per approved plans on file. Work to include, Installation of new type one hood system and new one hour grease duct shaft, installation of new service counter, kitchen appliances, new plumbing work, and miscellaneous related interior finishes. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for 1-hr. fire resistive substitution. Any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. (PC#315-02) rmh

Provide map per note #17, provide breaker lock on the main breaker, the new battery charger and the existing NAC panel do not report a trouble at the main facp panel nor at the central station.
