Riverwalk Center ( Shell & Core) - To install a new fire sprinkler system in a new 20,570-ft/2, two story shell and core building. This building is constructed of steel structural frame, some precast concrete and concrete masonry walls, steel joists. The core work includes restrooms, corridors, stairways, elevator and mechanical rooms. This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is approved under this permit. Separate fire permits required for improvements to finish this building for occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-02687.
