A LETTER OF COMPLETION / COMPLIANCE" IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT AS A CONDITION OF THE BUILDING PERMIT OF WHICH THIS FIRE PERMIT IS ATTACHED - BLD01-02873. All fire sprinkler system work shall be in accordance to NFPA 13-1999, complying with the 1997 - UFC and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to Building Permit: BLD01-02873.
