(ST LUKES-EAST TOWER-4TH FLR)(PEDIATRIC & PICU EXPANSION) To install new fire sprinkler protection in an 18,000-ft/2, 4th floor previously installed of the ETE-2000 shell & core (FIR01-00323). Work is related to instillation and completion of exit corridor, patient suites, restrooms, and support areas throughout. This building is fully sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-00055. (4/7/03 - Plan modification submitted by Architect).
