The associated building permit (BLD 03-0) is to MODIFY THE ORIGINAL PICU ROOM LAYOUT TO REDUCE NUMBER OF ROOMS; ADD NEW HVAC RTU'S TO SERVE 4TH FLOOR NOW & PREP FOR FUTURE 3RD FL SERVICE RTU; TO MODIFY ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, SPRINKLERS & ALARM SYSTEMS TO MATCH LAYOUT CHANGES & ADDITIONS. To finish the interior build-out of the 18,000 sq. ft. 4th floor of the ETE-2000 shell & core. Work to include completion of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression & alarm / detection systems, exit corridor, patient suites, smoke barrier and fire resistive construction to create the pediatrics and PICU patient rooms & support areas.
