(FUNNY BONE - SUITE 121) To relocate and add fire sprinklers in the expansion of an existing tenant space, of which will be converted to an A-2 Occupancy nightclub. The total size of the expanded tenant space will be: 3,676-ft/2 with an occupant load of 280. Fire sprinkler work is related to include interior nonbearing walls, a new entry at the alley, new stairways, new skylights per drawing and plan review conditions on file. The fire sprinklers are used to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. All fire sprinklers and related appurtenance within this permit work scope shall meet current NFPA 13-1999 standards, comply with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, in order to provide witness verification of compliance in meeting minimum code standards.
