Class 50, up through the floor within an existing 20,370-ft/2 building for IBC allowable area increase under BLD03-01739. The fire sprinkler underground installation work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995 and the UFC-1997, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. OH fire sprinkler system permit is submitted under FIR03-00390. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01810.
