COLE VILLAGE CANOPY #4 - To replace a defective 2" RP Backflow Preventer located on the east exterior canopy between column lines 24 and 35, or fourth canopy from the south off of Ustick Rd. Also includes modification from the 3" supply tap from at above the ceiling to 21/2" pipe up to the backflow device. This fire permit is from an inspection upgrade and not attached to any building permit. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
