(POWERBAR) To modify and add fire sprinkler protection for the addition of a 1685-ft/2 mezzanine for a lunchroom and the remodel of a 2299-ft/2 office, locker-room, restrooms and a new exterior exit stairway per plans and submitted attachments with AHJ review notes. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01474.
