Venture Development Group Retail Shell Building - To install approximately 240'-0 of 6" C-900 class 50 underground fire service main from the property line in Overland Rd., North, routing along the East side of the structure, to the North East corner of the proposed 18,154-ft/2, one story type VB, fully fire sprinklered retail shell building. Separate plans and permits required for the overhead system in the building. Fire sprinklers are used for area increase. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995 and the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-000706.
