Gold's Gym at Parkcenter (Shell Building) - To install a complete NFPA 13 (overhead) fire sprinkler system in a new 46,435-ft/2, two story building for "Gold's" gym and exercise facility. This is a shell and T.I. sprinkler permit. (First Floor 31,790-ft/2, second Floor 14,645-ft/2). This building is constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls and glazed curtain walls with steel joists and metal pan and concrete floors and metal roof deck. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire sprinkler supply work permit is under FIR03-00495. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-00538.
