Fed Ex Freight Shop Building * To provide a new fire sprinkler system throughout a new 10,600-ft/2, one story with mezzanine truck maintenance shop. This shop building will contain a truck wash, truck inspection area and maintenance shop, as well as, storage and small accessory office area. Main floor area: 9450-ft/2, Mezzanine area: 1150-ft/2. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01206.
