Provide verification of signals, provide map at the facp, repair the fire/smoke dampers as listed on the plans and swap a/v's in room 109. Structural inspector said they would verify operation of the single station smoke detectors. This inspection lasted 5 1/2 hours. I was unable to perform the life safety and fire sprinkler inspections. 6/16/2004 3:34:18 PM

The alarm contractor wanted to discuss a/v locations that have been blocked by a new soffit in two rooms. I told him that the a/v's could not be mounted on the soffit but had to be mounted on a wall between 80" and 96" 3/30/2004 3:11:38 PM
