To provide for approved locations for manual pull stations, notification, fire/smoke damper control, sprinkler monitoring and fire pump monitoring in the basement of the building. The associated building permit (BLD 02-00199) is to construct a new 127,5000 square foot, reinforced concrete underground parking garage (with 332 parking stalls) with grade level concrete structural support deck for future multi-story office, retail and residential buildings, as well as surface landscaping, parking and related site improvements. This permit is for the construction of the concrete structural shell only, no finishes including shafts, interior partitions, stairways, etc. are approved under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish this garage for occupancy. This garage is fully fire sprinkled.
