To add strobes, chimes and smoke detectors to a required manual fire alarm system that includes sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, elevator recall/shutdown, fire/smoke damper controls, door release, partial area coverage and A/V notification.

2/10/2004 - Three (3) in-duct smoke detectors are added for fire/smoke damper control.

The associated building permit (BLD 03-01197) is to construct an 800 square foot, one story, reinforced concrete Radiation Oncology addition at the north end of the north tower for new equipment and to demolish and remodel an approximate 3700 square foot area of the first floor and approximately 500 square feet on the second floor. This remodel is for office area surrounding the new addition at the first floor and for office area directly above on the second floor.
