The associated building permit (BLD 03-02277) is to include a new stairway to serve the basement, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a new entry vestibule, new store front glazing, and interior nonbearing walls all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. For egress reasons, only 1,124 square feet of the basement will be occupied at this time. **CJW** (SAFIRE LLC) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. The entire basement shall be fire sprinklered in conjunction with this permit. To create a 4,182 square foot retail sales tenant space located within a 9,530 square foot one story building (4,765 square foot main floor and 4,765 square foot basement). This tenant space will have 3,058 square feet on the main floor and 1,124 square feet in the basement.

Stopped the job site for another inspection at 1501 Main (Beiter Office TI) and noticed the tamper conduit was run to the wall mount PIV. I went to the basement and saw wire run for the new smoke detector and a pull box installed at the riser with wires. There were two modules installed that appear for duct detectors with wires. Notified Mary of the work without permit.
