The associated building permit (BLD 03-01696) is to remodel an existing 3,721 square foot building for a medical office and outpatient surgery occupancy. An interior nonstructural demolition permit, BLD03-01704, was issued earlier. Work is to include 3 restrooms accessible to the disabled, new openings in masonry walls, windows, doors, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, millwork, and finishes all per the approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The existing roof joists are being elevated. New roof sheathing, roof insulation, and roof membrane are being provided.
