The associated building permit (BLD 03-01116) is to remodel and expand a previous 1,440 sq.ft. food service tenant space to a 2,876 sq.ft. full service restaurant per approved plans on file. Work includes selective interior demolition of non-bearing walls to create openings between the two spaces & enlarge seating areas; to construct interior walls to create a storage area; to install a new Type I grease hood system with Firemaster duct wrap ER- for fire shaft protection; installation of Type II hood system over dishwasher; upgrade of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire sprinkler system to meet the tenants needs and comply with current adopted cods & ordinances.
