This section is 11 units and is 8,955 sq.ft. two story with a basement, type V-One hour, apartment building. This section of the building contains 2 - A Units @ 955 sq.ft. each, 3 - B Units @ 708 sq.ft. each and 6 - C Units @ 714 sq.ft. each. NOTE: This building requires a fire alarm system per UBC Section 310.10. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
