(NORTHWEST NAZARENE UNIVERSITY - C W MOORE PLAZA - 8TH FLR) To modify existing (shell) fire sprinkler protection for the construction of a 2,886-ft/2 classroom tenant space, located on the 8th floor of an existing 99,655-ft/2, 9 story, high-rise building. Work is related to the extension of an existing 1-hr corridor, interior walls, suspended ceilings per drawings and plan review report. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02373.
