To install 10 new quick response pendants, 8 semi-recessed and 2 two 401 canopies in the modifications the existing fire sprinkler system for the miscellaneous interior demolition work, the installation of a new one-hour rated fire barrier wall, new interior walls, two new restrooms and some new suspended ceilings. (A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when the building permit is completed and approved, BUT not until the "Hastings" building permit BLD03-01324 in the building is finaled and approved which has Fire/Life Safety upgrade work agreement throughout the shopping center attached to it). This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
