Sel Equity Real Estate Office Building * To install a wet and dry fire sprinkler system for a new 7,830 square foot, two story, wood framed office building on the east side of an existing two story 5,868-ft/2, two story, Type VB (non sprinklered) office building. The new building first floor 4,760-ft/2, second floor 3,070-ft/2, for a total 7,830-ft/2. The new building will be separated from the existing building by a two-hour fire resistive fire wall. This new building will be fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01695.
