(KITTELSON & ASSOCIATES - SUITE 301) This permitted work is located on the 3rd floor (14,600 square feet total) of an existing high rise. Fire sprinkler work relating to the building permit is for the creation of a 2,956-ft/2 office tenant space for interior improvements. No additional work allowed under this fire permit. Separate permit required for the replacement of standard piped dropped fire sprinklers changed out to the FlexHead system throughout the remaining areas of this whole floor). The fire sprinkler work is for new interior nonbearing walls, "core" restroom upgrades, elevator lobby remodel and new suspended ceilings. The fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and high-rise life safety systems (and the infrastructure supporting these systems) for the 3rd floor are regulated under the provisions of the 2000 IBC. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02198.
