Fire sprinkler work relating to the building permit is for the creation of a 2,956-ft/2 office tenant space for interior improvements. No additional work allowed under this fire permit. Separate permit required for the replacement of standard piped dropped fire sprinklers changed out to the FlexHead system throughout the remaining areas of this whole floor). The fire sprinkler work is for new interior nonbearing walls, "core" restroom upgrades, elevator lobby remodel and new suspended ceilings.
