To extend the existing required manual fire alarm system in to a newly remodeled clean room that includes HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control and notification throughout. The existing system includes manual pull stations, door release, elevator recall/shutdown, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, sprinkler monitoring and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 03-02947) is to demo the Pollution Abatement area and remodel for fab area. This work to include exterior wall modifications, constructing a new raised concrete loading dock with equipment lift. The interior remodel will include clean room walls, raised floor, HEPA ceiling system and all related plumbing, mechanical and electrical to create a dry etch bay and two plenum areas. This work also includes the remodel of the mechanical area at the second floor. This work is being done on the first and second floors of Building #3 between grid lines 1&4 and A&D. This permit also includes modification work at corridor 101P and reverse door swing at door #101B at Chemical Distribution Room 102I. This permit also includes the relocation and addition of some TCS units and related piping, mechanical and electrical at the second floor of Building #1 between grid lines B&C and 3&6.
