Stone Mountain Flooring - (Shell) To install approximately 95'-0" of 6" PVC-C-900, from a 6" "key gate valve" in Victory, north into a proposed and designated fire sprinkler room control room, and up through the floor approximately 6" with 6" Class 50 D.I. to a flange adapter, on the south side of a new 35,675-, two story, concrete tilt-up shell building. This is an underground fire service supply permit only. Separate overhead fire sprinkler permit will be required for the building construction. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995, IFC-2000 and the attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02057.
