New modify and existing shell system for the 1st time tenant improvement of 20,092-ft/2 office in existing vacant shell building space. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior walls, new suspended ceiling system, new restrooms, and possible modifications for new mechanical and plumbing. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
