(AUDIOLOGY HEARING CENTER)(IDAHO ELKS REHAB OFFICE BLDG-2ND FLR) To install new and relocate existing fire sprinkler head protection in a new 4,501-ft/2 medical office, located on 2nd floor of 'Shell & Core' building. Fire sprinkler work is related to framing non-combustible, non-bearing walls to create reception/waiting, office's, treatment and support areas and new suspended ceiling grid system all per plans (with possible red-line notes) and all attached plan requiring compliance as specifically applicable to this project. (NOTE: A 510 sq. ft. future tenant space is not being developed under this permit). This building was fully fire sprinklered under BLD03-00653, and attached fire permit FIR03-00557, ('Shell & Core' permits). The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-01267.
