(Bown Crossing Market Place-Bldg C) * To install a 6" C-900 underground fire service supply main, from a service tap off Riverwalk Drive North East, approximately 22'-0", then North approximately 13'-0" into the back center and up through the floor with 6" Ductile Iron, to approximately 6" above the floor, within a new 5,550-ft/2 two story, multi-tenant, shell only building. Separate permits and plans must be obtained and approved for the overhead shell and each tenant space to be occupied. This building is fully fire sprinklered for Code reduction and fire flow. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 and the IFC-2002, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
