MICRON BUILDING #3 & #1 - REMODEL POLLUTION ABATEMENT FOR PRODUCTION TOOLS * To demo the existing fire sprinkler piping in the Pollution Abatement area and install new system piping for installation of a new fab area. The fire sprinkler work is relating to include exterior wall modifications. The interior fire sprinkler system is being designed for the new remodel of cleanroom walls, a raised floor; HEPA ceiling system and all related plumbing, mechanical and electrical for the creation of a dry etch bay and two plenum areas. This work also includes the remodel of the mechanical area at the second floor. This work shown on this permit is related to the first floor only. Building permit work includes work on the second floor; all within Building #3, between grid lines 1&4 and A&D. Other building permit scope construction not addressed in this fire permit is modification work at corridor 101P and reverse door swing at door #101B at Chemical Distribution Room 102I, relocation and addition of some TCS units with related piping, mechanical at the second floor of Building #1 between grid lines B&C and 3&6. No fire sprinkler related work is included in this permit addressing the same. This submitted fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2000, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
