(ALBERTSONS INC)(1ST & 2ND FLR) To relocate and add fire sprinklers in the remodel to a 6,200-ft/2 area on the first floor for a series of residential type test/demonstration kitchens for grocery store food products with some work rooms and storage of an existing office building. One kitchen will be set up as a commercial kitchen with Type I hood and approved duct wrap system for the grease duct. Building permit includes a remodel of 288-ft/2 area for two new small offices on the second floor (which this permit work scope does not include). Fire sprinkler work is related to some interior demolition, new interior walls and suspended ceiling work. This is a "Scope of Work" related permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered and has 60' minimum yards on all sides for unlimited area. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
