(Bown Crossing Market Place-Bldg C) * To install fire sprinkler protection in a new 5,550-ft/2 two story, multi-tenant, shell building. The main floor will be protected for OH-2, "M" occupancy and the second floor will be protected for Light Hazard, "B" (office). The first floor is 2,878-ft/2 and the second floor is 2,672-ft/2. This building is fully fire sprinklered for Code and allowable fire flow reduction. Separate permits, plans must be obtained and approved for each tenant space to be occupied. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply was installed under FIR04-00112. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02191.
